A Suncadia developer, Envision Northwest is planning a new mountain community, The Cabins at The Farm. Composed of 39 Scandinavian-influenced modern cabins, they are positioned as an ideal get-away home for living a resort-life experience in the mountains. These residences are planned to be built with simplicity and picturesque design. This new project is soon to be launched in the spring of 2021 in Suncadia right off Swiftwater Drive, past The Farm at Nelson Preserve.
The developer recently released one of their designs, The Creekside Plan. It’s a light-filled cabin with 1204 square feet in size comprising 2 bedrooms and 2 baths inside. It also has an 18-foot vaulted ceiling, a covered patio, and a detached 2-car garage. Additionally, the plan boasts hardwood throughout the main living, a floor-to-ceiling shiplap fireplace, and stainless steel gas appliances. The plan starts at $699,950, and according to the developer website sales details will be public on January 28.
According to marketing communications in November from Envision Northwest, there will be 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans offered as well.
The Cabins at The Farm, according to the site plan, will offer 13 of the 39 homes for sale in phase 1 (sites 1-7 and 34-39). Site plans and the new floor plan can be found on The Cabins at The Farm website.
