Cutters Point Coffee opened in 2026 as the coffee shop at Suncadia Social, the resort’s new retail and social hub. The Pacific Northwest roaster — founded in Gig Harbor 30 years ago — sources beans responsibly and roasts them in small batches, and the Suncadia café pairs its espresso drinks with local pastries and ice cream. Locally owned by Justin Himenes with locally hired staff, it’s built to be the kind of place where the baristas know your name — an easy morning stop before golf, trails, or a day at the Lodge.
