Suncadia Social
Suncadia’s new village heart — a boutique retail and social hub with coffee, a market, shops, and dining, plus new rowhomes and mountain bungalows just steps away.
Suncadia Social opened in June 2026 as the new village heart of the resort core — an $18 million, 11-acre retail and social hub anchored by locally owned Pacific Northwest businesses. Cutters Point Coffee, Roslyn Grocery’s new flagship market, Out West Trading Co., and Forage Home are open now, with two restaurants from chef Brian Clevenger — Eldr and G.H. Pasta & Pizza — slated to open later this summer. Alongside the shops, The Residences at Suncadia Social bring 42 rowhomes and mountain bungalows within steps of it all, built by Northwest Roots Construction and connected by the Porch Walk, a community greenway with firepits. Priced from the low $1 millions, it’s the closest thing Suncadia has to walkable village living. For photos and a walkthrough of opening weekend, read our first look at Suncadia Social.
