Coming This Fall: Eldr and G.H. Pasta & Pizza Will Complete Suncadia Social

The final piece of Suncadia Social now has a season attached. Eldr and G.H. Pasta & Pizza — the two restaurants from General Harvest Restaurants, the Seattle group led by chef Brian Clevenger — are slated to open at the resort’s new village in fall 2026, according to Suncadia.

When Suncadia Social opened in June, the $18 million village next to The Lodge debuted with Roslyn Grocery’s new flagship, Cutters Point Coffee, Out West Trading Co., and Forage Home — while its restaurant building sat behind coming-soon signage. The timeline shared then pointed to a late-summer debut for both restaurants; Suncadia’s website now lists each one as “Opening fall 2026.” A few extra weeks of waiting, in exchange for the biggest addition to the resort’s dining scene in years — and the first tenants that will keep the village busy after dark.

Eldr: Live Fire, Northwest Ingredients

Eldr is the ambitious half of the pair. Named for the Old Norse word for “fire,” the full-service restaurant is built around cooking over wood flame: thoughtfully sourced proteins, sustainably harvested seafood, and peak-season produce, all finished over the open fire. Suncadia describes it as “a refined yet welcoming place to share memorable meals inspired by the Suncadia landscape” — in plainer terms, the village’s date-night dinner destination.

Suncadia will be Eldr’s second location. The original, in Seattle’s Sunset Hill neighborhood, has earned a following for its elemental approach to Northwest cooking — and has already had an eventful year, reopening in May after a temporary closure following, of all things, a fire.

G.H. Pasta & Pizza: The Everyday Option

G.H. Pasta & Pizza is the casual counterpart: pastas extruded in-house, sourdough-crust pizzas, seasonal starters, and plenty of beers on tap. The menus at the Seattle locations preview what to expect — spaghetti with a beef-and-pork bolognese, rigatoni with tomato and burrata, and pizzas that run from the mushroom-piled “Fun Guy” to a pepperoni named, simply, “The Classic.”

This will be the third G.H. Pasta & Pizza; the first opened in West Seattle in late 2023. Of the two newcomers, it is the one most clearly aimed at Suncadia’s family traffic — the reliable sit-down dinner after a day on the trails, the golf course, or the tubing hill.

The Group Behind Both

General Harvest has grown into one of Seattle’s most consistent restaurant groups, with a portfolio that includes Vendemmia, Raccolto, East Anchor Seafood, and Haymaker alongside Eldr and G.H. Pasta & Pizza. Clevenger built his reputation on handmade pasta and tightly sourced Pacific Northwest ingredients — a sensibility that maps neatly onto what both restaurants promise to do in the mountains.

For years, dining at Suncadia has revolved around a short list of familiar names — Portals at The Lodge, The Stovehouse at the Inn, Swiftwater Cellars above the fairways. Bringing in a proven Seattle group, with two concepts opening at once, is the clearest signal yet that Suncadia intends the village to be a food destination in its own right and not just another resort amenity.

What Happens Next

Exact opening dates haven’t been announced. Both restaurants are collecting email signups for updates — at eldrsuncadia.com and ghpastapizza.com — and reservation details should follow closer to opening. Until the doors open, every spot currently serving across the resort is in our Suncadia restaurant directory, and our guide to the best restaurants at Suncadia covers where to eat tonight, from Swiftwater Cellars to Roslyn and Cle Elum. We’ll have opening dates, menus, and a first look inside both restaurants as soon as they’re ready.
