Suncadia Real Estate has released new home sites in a neighborhood that will now be known as Nelson Creek at Suncadia. There will be 36 home sites released in total. The home sites feature ridge views located in the midst of nature and wildlife.
According to the Suncadia website, the plots of land range in size 1/3 to 1.5+ acres. These lots would afford 2,500 – 5,00 square foot homes.
Nelson Creek is across the street from The Nelson Farm that includes many amenities such as the Nelson Pool and a lot of programming that takes place throughout the year such as the Sunday Market, axe throwing, food trucks and more.
