The Stovehouse restaurant is now open within the Inn at Suncadia.
The restaurant, according to the website, is a nod to Cle Elum’s historical coal mining beginnings that provides a lively atmosphere and home cooked meals are the focus.
The menu from The Stovehouse includes starters like smoked chicken wings, buttermilk bread, crab donuts to name a few. For your main course the menu includes burgers, fish and chips, fried chicken, salmon, beef brisket, eggplant, pork collar carnitas, and more. One more the more interesting menu items is the “Chi-Cheech Dog,” we look forward to trying that.
