Suncadia Real Estate Sales Company is preparing to unveil land for sale for their latest neighborhood. The land sits across the street from the Nelson Pool complex. There will be 36 lots in total in the neighborhood that’s currently being referred to as “Division 1” but will soon have an official name.
The neighborhood was in for preliminary plat approval with the county at the end of the year.
River Ridge II has had success selling through lots, with 8 left at the end of December.
More details and a formal announcement for this neighborhood is planned for the general public early this year.
